Warm Chili Feta Dip – For winter times.
Ingredients
Chili Feta Dip:
- 200g DODONI Feta Cheese
- Chili Flakes
- ALTIS extra virgin Olive Oil
- Sourdough Bread
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Place the Feta Cheese in the food processor and add Chili flakes to taste.
Blend for 15-30 sec and pour the mix into an oven proof dish.
Place it into the oven for a few minutes until the cheese starts to melt.
Remove the dish from the oven, add some altis extra virgin olive oil and serve with slices of bread.
