Ingredients
- 200g DODONI feta
- 100ml milk
- 8 slices sourdough bread
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 head garlic, sliced in half horizontally
- 4 vine ripened tomatoes
- 2 ripe avocados
- 2 tablespoons fresh picked oregano
- Sea salt, to taste
Preparation
- Blend DODONI Feta with milk until smooth.
- Brush sourdough with extra virgin olive oil and grill on both sides.
- Rub garlic halves over bread. Spread feta evenly over slices of bread.
- Top each slice of toast with mashed avocado and sliced tomato. Sprinkle with a pinch of fresh oregano, sea salt and extra virgin olive oil.
