Toast with Avocado, Tomato & Feta Spread

Ingredients

  • 200g DODONI feta
  • 100ml milk
  • 8 slices sourdough bread
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 head garlic, sliced in half horizontally
  • 4 vine ripened tomatoes
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 2 tablespoons fresh picked oregano
  • Sea salt, to taste

Preparation

  • Blend DODONI Feta with milk until smooth.
  • Brush sourdough with extra virgin olive oil and grill on both sides.
  • Rub garlic halves over bread. Spread feta evenly over slices of bread.
  • Top each slice of toast with mashed avocado and sliced tomato. Sprinkle with a pinch of fresh oregano, sea salt and extra virgin olive oil.
