Choriatiki Salad with Dodoni Feta Cheese

Ingredients

  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Pepper
  • 200g DODONI Feta
  • 100g Kalamata olives
  • Parsley
  • Capers
  • Oregano
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • Pepper
  • Salt

Preparation

  • Cut the tomatoes, slice the cucumber and pepper in rounds and chop up the onion in rings. Put them in a salad bowl and mix with the olives, parsley, the oregano, the capers and DODONI Feta, diced into cubes.
  • Mix together the oil, the vinegar, the salt and the pepper and dress the salad to your tasting before you serve.
